I am Neha, currently working at Valtech Solutions as a Senior UX Researcher.

 

I am a hybrid researcher with a background in product design and UX research & strategy. I learn, lead, and create solutions that address both business needs and users' needs.

I am passionate about UX research because it begins with empathy, seeks to understand users and data. It also promotes collaboration, which ultimately leads to innovation and growth. User experience is about closing the gap between businesses, people, and problems by understanding, listening, and articulating user needs.

 

I AM A CURIOUS BEING

I spend a lot of time asking the right questions to find answers (insights). How can we improve user experience to increase revenue for businesses? How can we utilize the strength of storytelling to show value in research findings? I enjoy getting closer to the answers through collaboration and push barriers to ensure the solution meets the business and user needs.

 

I AM AMBIDEXTROUS (literally)
